摘    要:豆粕中含有一些抗营养因子,它能干预营养物质的消化利用,并对动物健康和生长性能产生不良影响。本文对饲料中的几种重要的抗营养因子的作用机理及其钝化方法进行了综述。

Abstract:Some antinutrifional factors existed in soybean meal, which can interfere with nutrient utilization and affect the health and production of animals. This article stunmarized the antinutritional mechanism of different antinutritional factors and their deactivating or eliminating ways.
