| 摘 要： | 农村社会保障是具有中国特色的保障形式。目前我国农村社会事业和公共卫生总体水平低下，建设与社会主义事业相协调的农村社会保障体系，解决广大农村居民的最低生活保障和农村医疗保险等问题迫在眉睫。只有妥善解决农村基本保障问题，我国新农村建设才能朝着预期的方向前进。

| Abstract: | Rural social security is a insurance form with Chinese characters.The current overall levels of rural social undertakings and public health are low.Constructing the rural social security system coordinated with socialist cause and solving the essential life security and rural medical insurance are imperative.Only when the rural basic guarantee is solved could the new rural construction in China develop in the expected direction. |
