乙烯利对铬胁迫下鱼腥草的影响

摘    要:
采用营养液培育方法,研究不同铬浓度胁迫下喷施乙烯利对鱼腥草的影响,结果显示,喷施乙烯利可提高鱼腥草叶绿素含量,增强植物的光合作用,提高鱼腥草叶片POD,SOD,CAT活性,增强植物抗逆性,减少重金属铬对鱼腥草的伤害,并可增加鱼腥草对铬的富集能力。

Abstract:
The effects of ethylene(CEPA)on growth of houttuynia cordata under different chromium concentrations stress were studied by solution culture method.The experimental results showed that CEPA could increase the chlorophyll content of houttuynia cordata,enhance the photosynthesis,increase POD,SOD,CAT activity of leaves,enhance the stress resistance,reduce the harm by chromium on houttuynia cordate,and increase the enrichment capacity of Herba houttuyniae to chromium.
