一株产庆大霉素B的绛红小单孢菌的分类鉴定

通过对一株自行筛选的野生稀有放线菌菌株的分类地位进行了研究,鉴定其分类地位。采用常规方法进行分离培养,以形态学特征、培养特性、生理生化特征及分子生物学等方法对其进行分类鉴定。将所分离的菌株进行摇瓶发酵,将发酵液上清液采用HPLC进行组分检测。该菌株菌落微黄色或浅棕色;产红色色素,气生菌丝不发达,基内菌丝直径平均0.4~0.8μm,产单孢子,生理生化特征与绛红小单孢菌相似,16 S rDNA测定结果与Micromonsopora sp.(EU214948)序列同源性达97%,与M.purpurea(X92595)最为接近。其发酵产物中含有庆大霉素B、小诺霉素和庆大霉素。鉴定该菌株为产庆大霉素B的小单孢菌属绛红小单孢菌(Micromonos-pora purpurea)。
