摘    要:对海南、广西和广东剑麻主产区种植基地的剑麻根际联合固氮菌进行了分离、纯化及固氮活性测定,获得了24株具有固氮活性的菌株,其固氮酶活性为5.8742~1765.6590 nmol/(mL.h)。16S rDNA序列分析结果表明:参试菌株的16S rDNA扩增区约为1500 bp,无太大的长度变异,其系统发育树表明这24株菌株分别属于6个不同的属。

Abstract:Through the separation and purification of associative nitrogen fixation bacteria,as well as the determination of their nitrogenase activities by using acetylene reduction method,twenty-four bacterial strains with nitrogen fixation activity were obtained from the rhizosphere of sisal plants,which were planted in the main production area of Hainan,Guangxi and Guangdong.Their nitrogenase activities varied from 5.8742 to 1765.6590 nmol/(mL·h).The results of sequence analysis of 16S rDNA showed that the amplification section of 16S rDNA from the tested strains had no large changes in the length,and it was about 1500 bp.The 24 strains belonged to 6 different genera,through searching their homologic sequences in the GenBank and constructing their phylogenetic tree.
