| 摘 要： | 通过研究泛在环境对政府网站信息资源组织与整合的影响,总结出泛在环境下政府网站信息资源组织与整合应具有以用户为中心、无所不在性、用户的群体协作性等新特点,基于此,提出了泛在环境下政府网站的资源建设应遵循从资源的整合共享到个性化信息组织、信息自组织和用户自助服务3个阶段的发展思路。
