土壤有效养分含量对保护地茄子产量及品质影响

摘    要:在长期定位施肥条件下研究了不同施肥处理对茄子产量及品质的影响。结果表明,土壤有机质含量和碱解氮水平的高低是影响茄子产量、可溶性蛋白及还原糖含量的主要因素。速效钾对茄子中维生素C含量的影响较大,其次是有机质和碱解氮的增加能提高硝酸盐含量,而施用磷、钾肥能够有效降低硝酸盐含量,磷肥的作用更明显。

Abstract:In the condition of long-term fixed fertilization, the influence of different fertilization on yield and qualities of eggplant were studied. Results showed that soil organic matter, soil available nitrogen were the major fibers on yield, soluble protein and reducing sugar of eggplant. Available potassium affects Vc obviously, and available phosphorus are in the next place. Soil organic matter and soil available nitrogen could increase the nitrate level, but phosphorus, potassium fertilizer could reduce eggplant nitrate efficiently, espeially phosphorus fertilizer.
