摘    要:本文报道了氨基酸、激素对烟草花粉胚胎形成的影响。实验表明,培养基加入一定浓度的L-谷氨酸、L-谷氨酰胺、DL-天门冬氨酸等11种氨基酸均能促进花粉胚的形成。所供试的13种氨基酸中,尤以L-脯氨酸和L-羟脯氨酸的效果最显著。激素实验结果,培养基中附加一定浓度的IAA、KT或IAA与KT配比对花粉的诱导作用显著。NAA对花粉胚形成的效果不明显。2.4-D明显地抑制胚状体形成。

Abstract:The paper describes the effect of amino acid and hormone on the formation of tobacco pollen embryogenesis.The experiements on different kinds and different concentration of amino acid showed that embryo-genesis can be stimulated in the medium with L-glutamic acid , L-glutamine, DL-aspartic acid and so ono of the 13 kinds of amino acid used, L-proline and L-hydroxyproline showed the most significant effect.The cxperiememt with hormone showed that pollen embryoid was induced strikingly in the medium containing certain concentration of IAA, KT or proportion KT to IAA,and NAA was of no effect on pollen embryogenesis while 2.4-D inhibited it Markedly.
