基于模糊综合评价的EPC项目工期评价指标体系构建研究

摘    要:由于EPC项目在国际市场中愈来愈普遍,对EPC项目工期进行研究是确保该项目成功的主要条件之一.通过构建科学化、规范化及合理化的EPC项目工期评价指标体系,采用改进的层次分析法确定权重,并根据问卷调查方式确定各个权重值,应用模糊综合评价法进行综合评判,最后得到EPC项目工期综合评判的结果为较轻微,适用于实际的工程项目.从而提高EPC项目工期评价的准确性及效用性,为实现其工期评价的标准化建设提供可行的理论参考价值.

Abstract:EPC project is becoming more and more popular in the international market. EPC project duration is one of the main conditions to ensure the success of the project. A scientific, standard and rational EPC project duration evaluation indicator system is constructed. The improved AHP method is used to determine the weight of the evaluation criteria. Individual preference is determined according to the questionnaire and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is applied to perform comprehensive evaluation. The evaluation result of EPC project duration synthesis is relatively minor, and applied to actual projects. The study can help improve the accuracy and usefulness of EPC project duration evaluation, which provides viable theoretical reference value for the standardized construction of duration evolution.
