葡甘聚糖对魔芋软腐病病菌生长曲线的影响

摘    要:通过比较和分析不同葡甘聚糖浓度下魔芋软腐病病菌的生长曲线变化,研究葡甘聚糖与魔芋软腐病病菌两者之间关系。结果表明,葡甘聚糖在魔芋软腐病病菌生长的稳定期,随着浓度的提高抑菌能力逐渐增强,但各浓度间差异不显著。

Abstract:By comparing and analyzing the growth curve changes of the pathogen of soft rot disease in Amorphophalms konjac under the stress of different concentrations of glucomannan,the relationship between glucomannan and pathogen of soft rot disease was studied.The results showed that: in the stable growth phase of the pathogen of soft rot disease,the inhibitory effect of glucomannan to the pathogen of soft rot disease gradually increased with the rising of glucomannan concentration,but the difference among differe...
