| 摘 要： | 总结了国外的4种政策性农业保险立法模式：政府主办下的国有化模式、政府扶持下的商业化模式、政府支持下的国有化-商业化混合模式、政府支持下的互助合作化模式，分析了中国的农业保险试点方案，探讨了中国政策性农业保险立法模式的选择及主要框架内容。

| Abstract: | Four legislative models of the policy-oriented agricultural insurance abroad were summarized,including state-owned enterprise operating model,insurance company operating model,state-owned enterprise and insurance company operating model,mutual and cooperative operating model.China's experimental schemes of policy-oriented agricultural insurance were analyzed.The choice of legislative model and concrete legislative framework of the policy-oriented agricultural insurance in China were discussed. |
