陕北地区水资源可持续利用评价

摘    要:以水资源复合系统为基础,建立了陕北地区水资源可持续利用评价指标体系,应用模糊综合评判方法和人工神经网络方法对该地区1996~2005年的水资源可持续利用水平进行了定量评价。结果表明:陕北地区除本身干旱缺水以外,水污染、生态环境恶化、用水效率低和经济水平不高是影响该区水资源可持续利用的主要因素;1996~2005延安市和榆林市的水资源可持续利用水平均处于较弱和中等之间,且呈上升趋势,提高陕北地区水资源可持续利用水平有很大潜力。

Abstract:Assessment of sustainable utilization of water resources is the core of study on water resources sustainable utilization.An assessment index system of regional water resources sustainable utilization is established based on compound system theory.The fuzzy synthetic judgment model and artificial neural network model were chosen as the assessment models.With the data from 1996 to 2005, the sustainable utilization of water resources of North Shaanxi is assessed in succession.The result showed that besides drought and lack of water,the key factors influencing the sustainable utilization of water resources of North Shaanxi are water pollution,ecological environment deterioration,low-level efficiency and performance in using water and undeveloped economy.The sustainable capacity of the water resources of Yan'an and Yulin showed an upward trend from 1996 to 2005.On the whole,the sustainable capacity of the water resources in this area is between low and middle stage that leaves great potential.
