摘    要:从菜地耕层土壤中分离筛选出9株对卵磷脂有不同降解能力的解磷细菌(PSB),测定其在有机磷同体培养基上的溶磷圈直径(D)和菌落直径(d),以D/d>4.5为标准对初筛获得的PSB进一步复筛,获得一株高效有机解磷细菌PY3,在有机磷液体培养基中对卵磷脂的降解率为28%.对PY3进行了生理生化特性的分析,综合菌体形态、菌落特征和生理生化特性,初步鉴定PY3为类芽孢杆菌属(Paenibacillus).对PY3与供试的8株植物病原真菌进行平板对峙试验,结果显示,PY3对串珠镰孢菌(Fusarium moniliforme)等3株病原真菌有不同程度的拮抗作用.

Abstract:Nine strains of organophosphate-degradation bacteria (PSB) were isolated from the garden soil the diameters of phosphate dissolved circles and the colony were determined on the organophosphate solid medium, and the PSB were screened once again to D/d>4.5 as the standard, The degradation rate of lecith in the organophosphate liquid medium was 28%. Based on the morphological, physiological and biochemical properties, the PY3 strain was tentatively identified as Paenibacillus. The results of in-door antagonism experiment of PY3 to 8 strains of plant pathogens showed that PY3 had antagonism reaction against 3 of the 8 pathogens.
