甘肃党参新品系98—01选育初报

甘肃党参新品系98—01是定西市旱作农业科研推广中心采用系统选育法选育而成。2004-2006年，该品系在定西市党参品种区域试验中折合平均鲜根产量6474．0kg／hm^2，较对照品种甘肃党参92—02增产24．1％；性状和显微特征均符合规定，浸出物64．5％，较2005年版《中国药典》规定标准提高9．5百分点；特级品出成率平均29．0％，一级品出成率平均33．0％，分别较对照提高5．7和4．5百分点。较抗根腐病，田间病株率4．1％，病情指数2．2％，较对照品种分别低3．9和4．5百分点。适宜在海拔1800-2400m，年降水量450-550mm的半干旱及二阴生态区推广种植。

Breeding Report of New Lines 98-01 of Gansu Codonopsis Pilosula

New lines 98-01 of Gansu Codonopsis pilosula was bred procedurally by Dingxi Research and Distribution Center of Dryland Agiculture for many years. The average yield of this new lines was 6 474. 0 kg/hm^2 and 24.1 % higher than the check of Gansu Codonpsis pilosula 92-02 in Dingxi regional test during the period 2004-2006, It＇s Characters and tissue features all met the criterion and extractum was 64.5 percent, which was 9.5 percent more than the criterion which provided in Chinese Pharrnacopoeia, and the rate of special-class production was 29.0 percent and that of flrst-class was 33.0 percent averagely, which were 5.7 and 4. 5 percent higher than the check of respectively. It was relatively resistant to root rot. Rate of infected plants was 4. 1 percent and disease condition index was 2.2 percent while that of the check was 8.0 and 6.7 percent separately in the fields. The new lines 98-01 also showed good resistance to other diseases. It was indicated that this lines was suitable to plant in height of 1 800-2 400 m above the sea level and annual precipitation of 450-550 mm. in semi-arid and relatively humid areas.
