鬼臼毒素和脱氧鬼臼毒素抑菌和除草活性初探

摘    要:对从砂地柏中分离得到的四个化合物鬼臼毒素、脱氧鬼臼毒素、4-表松香醛和7,13-松香二烯-3-酮的杀虫、抑菌及除草活性进行了初步测试。结果表明,4-表松香醛和7,13-松香二烯-3-酮对粘虫、小菜蛾及菜青虫等具有较强的拒食活性及一定的毒杀作用;鬼臼毒素和脱氧鬼臼毒素对辣椒疫霉、番茄灰霉及油菜菌核具有较好的抑制活性;除草活性研究表明鬼臼毒素对反枝苋、野燕麦根的抑制效果较强,脱氧鬼臼毒素对反枝苋、野燕麦及婆婆纳根的抑制效果较强,其抑制率均达到80%以上。

Abstract:Applying growth rate and seeds germination method, the antifungal activities of podophyllotoxin and deoxypodophyllotoxin were tested on Fusarium graminearum, Phytophthora capsici, Botrytis cirerea., Sclerotinia sclerotiorum, Alternaria brassicae and Fulria fulva, and the herbicidal activities of which were tested on Amaranthus retroflexus, Medicagos sativa, Avena fatua, Veronica persica and Lycopersicon escuientum. The results showed that under the tested concentration, podophyllotoxin had better inhibiting activity against Sclerotinia sclerotiorum, and podophyllotoxin had better inhibiting activity against Phy- tophthora capsici, the inhibiting rates were 87.42% and 85.7% respectively. Herbicidal activity test showed that podophyllotoxin against root growth of A.retroflexus. and Avena fatua, deoxypodophyllotoxin against root of A.retroflexus, Avena fatua and Veronica persica had the stronger inhibition effect, the inhibiting rates were 93.39% , 86.28% and 95.62%, 89.46%, 84.48 % respectively. The studies showed that podophyllotoxin and deoxypodophyllotoxin have potential to be developed as new botanical antifungal agents and herbicides.
