基于湘西偏远地区农村弱势群体信息化建设的探索

农村弱势群体信息化普及状况的提高是新农村信息化建设的重要内容之一。近年来,在各级政府的扶助支持下,湘西偏远农村在信息化建设上取得了很多成绩,农村信息化建设在农民脱贫致富方面的作用也毋庸置疑。但是,由于历史及自然地理等原因,湘西地区不少农村的弱势群体在使用和参与信息化建设与服务上还存在很大缺憾。因此,本文从湘西偏远农村目前信息化使用概况出发,研究推广湘西农村弱势群体在信息化使用过程中存在的问题及现实阻碍,试图为农村弱势群体广泛参与新农村信息化建设的探索尽绵薄之力。

Exploration on Information Technology Application Construction Based on Rural Vulnerable Groups in Remote Rural Areas in Western Hunan

It is an important part for the new information construction in rural areas to improve the status of popularity about information technology of vulnerable groups in the rural areas.In recent years,governments at all levels help the remote western Hunan in rural areas make a lot of achievements in information construction in rural areas,it has no doubt about the role of poverty alleviation of it for the farmers.However,due to the reasons of historical and natural geography,significant shortcomings in the use and participate in IT development and services still exist in many rural areas of western Hunan.Therefore,this article discusses the problems and practical obstacles in the process of using information technology for the disadvantaged groups in rural western Hunan.
