摘    要:马铃薯是世界上仅次于小麦、水稻和玉米之后的第四大粮食作物,世界种植面积约2200万hm 21]。我国现阶段的马铃薯联合收获的机械化程度并不高,存在着操作复杂,电气化程度低,人工投入大等问题,为此研制出适应我国北方规模化种植区的马铃薯联合收获机,操作简便,机电液仪结合自动化程度高,减少雇工、降低劳动强度,改善我国马铃薯收获的机械化状况,提高农业机械化技术水平。以德沃集团设计的4UML-180牵引式马铃薯联合收获机为基础,为其设计了一套收获机控制系统,以解决上述问题。

Abstract:Potato is the fourth largest food crop in the world after wheat,rice and corn,with an area of about 22 million hm 2.Potato harvest mechanization degree is not high at the present stage in China,there exists a complex operation,low degree of electrification,artificial into more problems,therefore developed to adapt to the potato combine in north China region,easy to operate,and combining degree is high,reduce artificial working strength etc.improve China's potato harvester,improve the level of agricultural machinery design.Based on the 4UML-180 traction potato harvester designed by devo group,a set of control system of harvester is designed to solve the above problems.
