| 摘 要： | 将农业科技成果转化为现实生产力,起决定性作用的就是参与农业科技成果转化的人员,2017年A农业科学院(以下简称"A科学院")人才工作会议明确提出,要加强科研、转化、支撑人才队伍建设。文章以A科学院为例,分析其现有农业科技成果转化人才队伍建设现状及存在的问题,提出高度重视队伍建设、引导科研人员专职从事成果转化工作、引进高层次成果转化人才、建立科学规范的评价体系等加强科技成果转化人才队伍建设的政策建议。

| Abstract: | The decisive role in transforming scientific and technological achievements into real productive forces is the personnel involved in the transformation of achievements. In 2017, the talents working conference of a certain academy of agricultural sciences(hereinafter referred to as Academy A) clearly put forward that construction of talent teams of scientific research, transformation and support should be strengthened. Taking Academy A as an example, to analyze the current situation and problems existing in transforming talent team construction were analyzed. Policy suggestions for strengthening construction of transforming talent team were put forward, such as giving a high priority to team construction, guiding research staff to engage in transforming work full-time, and introducing high level transforming talent, setting up scientific and standard evaluation system. |
