Abstract:The pure culture is very important in the cultivation of edible fungi.However,microbial contamination unavoidably threaten the production of pure culture tremendously.In this paper,we closely integrated the theory and practice,according to the flow of production,such as materials,environment,sterilization,inoculation,germination of fungus and so on,and analyzed the reasons for resulting in microbial contamination and put forward practicable control measures.This would provide theory basis and technique guidance for practitioner.
