摘    要:目的采用索氏热回流提取保鲜人参中的人参总皂苷。方法香草醛一硫酸比色法测定保鲜人参中人参总皂苷的含量,检测波长544nm。结果索氏热回流提取可将保鲜人参中的人参总皂苷提取完全,在20-120μg(r=0.9995)范围内线性关系良好,平均回收率为107.86%,BSD=3.49%(n=5)。测得样品中总皂苷含量为3.91%,RSD=I.84%(11=3)。结论该方法操作简便,稳定性和重现性较好,可用于保鲜人参中人参总皂苷的含量测定。

Determination of total ginsenoside content in fresh-keeping ginseng by colorimetry

Abstract:The fresh-keeping ginseng was extracted by soxhlet extraction with hot methanol reflux method, And then,The colorimetry method analysis was employed,The detected wavelength was 544 nm. Results indicated th;tt A good linear relationship was observed in the range of 20-120μg (r=0.9995)and averagerecovery rate was 107.86% with a relative standard deviation of 3.49%(n=5). The content of total ginsenoside in the samples from Ji'an city,Ji lin region was 3.91%,with 1.84% of RSD (n=3).
