摘    要:为了促进草莓优质安全及轻简化生产,以"红颜"品种为试材,研究了基质、半基质、土壤3种不同栽培模式对草莓植株生育性状、产量、果实品质、根系活力的影响。结果表明:基质模式植株长势最好,成活率最高,成熟期最早,每667 m2产量2667 kg,收益4.82万元;在果实品质方面,土壤栽培条件下果实中的Ca、Fe、干物质、VC、总糖与可溶性固形物含量大于基质与半基质栽培,口感与营养更好;半基质模式更利于植株根系生长,根系活力最强。

Abstract:Abstract: In order to promote the high quality and safety production and simplify cultivation of strawberry, "Hongyan" cultivar was taken as the test material to studied the effects of three different cultivation modes, including substrate, semi-substrate and soil, on the growth characteristics, yield, fruit quality and root activity of strawberry. The results showed that the growth vigar and survival rate of the plants of substrate mode were the best, the maturity was the earliest, the yield was 2 667 kg per 667 m2, and the income was 48 200 yuan per 667 m2. In terms of fruit quality, the contents of Ca, Fe, dry matter, VC, total sugar and soluble solids in the fruit under soil cultivation were higher than those in the substrate and semi-substrate modes, and the taste and nutrition were better. Semi-substrate mode was more conducive to plant root growth and the root activity was the strongest.
