| 摘 要： | 文章分析了网络信息时代信息服务面临的问题．并针对信息需求与信息行为的现状详细探讨了网络环境下图书馆员在转变观念、优化知识结构、强化信息服务能力等方面的内容，从加强教育管理和形成良好氛围角度提出了培养高素质馆员的一些措施和见解。

| Abstract: | This paper has analyzed the issues that information service is facing in the network and information age, and discussed what the librarian should do in the aspects related to the idea transformation, optimization of knowledge structure, strengthening of information service capability in the light of information demand and present status of information service. Suggestions and measures have been put forward from the point-of-view of strengthening education and management and creating agreeable atmosphere. |
