丝素对银杏黄酮药物的控释作用及机理研究

摘    要:研究了丝素对银杏黄酮的控释作用,研究结果表明:随着丝素含量的增大,控释作用增大;随着银杏黄酮含量的增加,控释作用降低,丝素对银杏黄酮具有较好的控释作用。药片制备压力参数对控释作用的影响不大。随着pH的降低,控释作用逐渐增强,pH为2时,控释作用效果好。

Abstract:Natural silk fibroin was shown to be effective in controlling the release of ginkgo-derived flavone in medicine tablets. Its controlled release effect increased with fibroin concentration and decreased with flavone concentration in the tablets. The pressure parameters in the course of shaping the tablets had alittle influence on the release of the flavone.The controlled release increased with debasemene of pH and A pH of 2 was most favorable for controlled release of flavone.
