我国入院人数变化的改良灰色关联分析

目的：研究影响我国住院人数变化的主要因素及其相互之间的关系，为医院经营管理提供决策依据。方法：用关联度具有唯一性、对称性、可比性和体现负相关的改良灰色关联分析方法对影响我国入院人数变化的１１个因素进行关联分析。结果与结论：通过关联度排序，（１）医院的规模、数量和门诊人次及病床同转次数与入院人数的关联程度最高，是影响入院人数变化的主要因素；（２）提供医疗卫生服务的能力对入院人数变化的影响大于医疗卫生

ANALYSIS OF MODIFIED GREY RELATION METHOD ON CHANGE OF INPATIENTS IN CHINA

Objective:To study the main factors to effect the change of inpatients and relation of each other and to provide the basis of policy decision for the management of hospital. Methods: The improved method of analysis of grey correlation was used to analyse the effect of eleven factors on the change of inpatients in China. It possesses the quality of on1y one, symmetry, comparability, and embody of the negative correlation. Results and Conclusion: (1 )the factors including the scale, quantity,outpatients,emergent patients and the turnover rate of hospital beds were closely correlated with the number of inpatients, thus were main factors of effect on change of inpatients; (2)the effect of the ability to provide medical health service on the change of inpatients was larger than that of the input and the requisition for medical health service; (3)the effect of population and severity of disease on the change of inpatients was larger than that of the incidence of infectious diseases.
