试论抗战时期的广西农贷

抗战军兴,出于实现抗战建国的战略目标,国民政府中央和广西地方金融机构在广西推行大规模的农贷,对广西农村经济社会产生巨大影响。本文主要就战时广西农贷的金融机构、运作方式作了深入的述析,并从农村借贷关系现代化、制度变迁和城乡金融关系变动的视角评析了抗战时期广西农贷之绩效与不足。

On the Agricultural Loan of Guangxi during the Anti-Japanese War

For the realization of the strategic target of fighting the Japanese army and founding of new China,finance institutions of both National Government and Guangxi promoted largely the agricultural loan in Guangxi during the Anti-Japanese War,which brought huge influence on economic society of village of Guangxi.This paper studies the financing institution and operation of the agricultural loan of Guangxi in the wartime thoroughly,and in the angle of modernization of the financial relation in the village,the change of system,and the financial relation between city and village,analyzing the results and the shortcoming of agricultural loan of Guangxi during the Anti-Japanese War.
