摘    要:为了系统的了解与掌握马铃薯甲虫成虫触角感器的类型及分布,本研究利用扫描电镜对马铃薯甲虫雌、雄成虫的触角形态特征及超微结构进行了观察。研究结果表明:触角由柄节、梗节及鞭节组成;马铃薯甲虫雌雄成虫触角感器共分为4类13种,即3种毛形感器(ST1、ST2、ST3)、7种锥形感器(SB1、SB2、SB3、SB4、SB5、SB6、SB7)、2种腔形感器(SCa1、SCa2)和B?hm氏鬃毛(BB)。本研究对马铃薯甲虫雌雄成虫的触角超微结构的特征进行了系统描述,可为其生物学功能研究提供理论依据。

Abstract:In order to systematically understand the types and distribution of antenna sensilla on Colorado potato beetle,the morphological characteristics and ultrastructure of adult’s sensilla were observed by scanning electron microscope(SEM). The results showed that the antenna is composed of scape,pedicel and flagellum;there are four types and thirteen kinds of antenna sensilla observed on the antennae of both female and male,including 3 kinds of sensilla trichodeas(ST1,ST2,ST3),7 kinds of sensilla basiconcas(SB1,SB2,SB3,SB4,SB5,SB6,SB7),2 kinds of sensilla cavities(SCa1,SCa2) and B?hm bristles(BB).This study supplements and improves the characterizations of fine structure of L. decemlineata adult antenna,it provide theoretical basis for its biological function study.
