宁波市农业自然资源可持续利用探讨

运用可持续发展的思想,分析了宁波市农业自然资源形成的自然地理环境条件、农业自然资源基本态势及开发利用所面临的问题。结果表明,耕地面积逐年减少、资源质量下降、农业水资源的利用效率低、农业生态环境开始恶化与夏季光、热、水资源利用不充分等问题,是当前宁波市农业自然资源利用上存在的主要矛盾。因此,必须从技术、管理和法制建设等3个层面上进行深入的研究,采取相应有效手段,合理地利用农业自然资源,实现区域农业的可持续发展。

Discuss of Sustainable Utilization of Agriculture Natural Resources in Ningbo

The thought of sustainable development is used to analyze the condition of natural geography environment about sustainable utilization of agriculture in Ningbo,elementary situation of sustainable utilization of agriculture and problem that was confronted with during exploiture.it is considered in this article that primary contradiction present in the using of natural resources on agriculture include decrease of tilth in acreage year after year, descend of quality in resource, low efficiency in utilizing agricultural water resources, labefaction of agricultural entironment and insufficiency in utilizing Light, heat, water and esources of summer. Therefore embedded research is needed according to technique, management and legal system. more efficient corresponding measures are needed in utilizing natural resources on agriculture in order to realize sustainable development of regional agriculture .
