摘    要:本文采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳,对花生属植物进行了酯酶同工酶的测定。结果表明:花生属植物有共同的特征酶带,不同种之间的酶带差异较大;与栽培种最相似的野生种是Amonticola;A.batizocoi是花生区组内与栽培种很不相似的野生种;二倍体野生种之间;A.stenosperma与A.cardenasii之间的关系很近,A.villosa与A.batizocoi之间的关系很远

Abstract:Esterase isozymes of some species in Section Arachis of the genus Arachis were analyzed by polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis The result of the study showed that.There were similar bands in Arachis,but interspecific zymogramatic difference was obvious.A.monticola was the most closely related to A.hypogaea among all wild species and A.batizocoi was little related to A.hypogaea.The relationship between A.stenosperma and A.cardenasii was very close and that between A.villosa and A.batizocoi was little close among wild species.
