| 摘 要： | 脑心肌炎由脑心肌炎病毒(EMCV)引起,主要导致猪脑炎、心肌炎及母猪的繁殖障碍,该病的发生与流行严重影响我国养猪业的发展。论文综述了各种EMCV检测方法及其优缺点,为更有效的EMCV检测方法的建立提供参考。 |

| Abstract: | Encephalomyocarditis is caused by encephalomyocarditis virus(EMCV).It mainly causes encephalitis and myocarditis in pigs as well as reproduction disorder in sows.The occurrence and popular of encephalomyocarditis seriously influenced the development of swine industry in China.The present article review the advantages and disadvantages of various detection techniques for EMCV so as to provide the technical support for EMCV detection more effectively. |
