摘    要:介绍了风筛式林木种子分级机的工作原理和结构设计,重点说明了基于ADAMS仿真对物料振动形态的分析。与传统风筛式分选机相比,该机在风机系统、传动系统及振动筛选系统上都有改进和创新。

Abstract:A wind-screen type forest tree seed classifier is developed and the working principle and mechanism design of the machine are stated, with focus on the analysis of the material vibration form based on ADAMS simulation. Compared with traditional wind-screen type separators, the machine has got some improvement and innovation in terms of the fan system, the transmission system and the vibration screening system.
