| 摘 要： | 青海省高原地区气候冷凉、光照强、昼夜温差大,马铃薯病虫害少,具有发展马铃薯产业的优势。通过分析马铃薯生产的效益、种薯生产的现状和当前发展面临的主要问题及原因,提出青海省应该将马铃薯种薯产业作为马铃薯产业发展的主要方向,并针对其障碍因素给予了政策建议和应对措施。
