摘    要:用21日龄Arbor Acress(AA)肉公鸡336只,研究饲粮中添加铬对肉仔鸡生长性能、免疫功能和胴体品质的影响。将试验鸡只共分为8个处理组,分别添加源于氯化铬的铬2.0、4.0、6.0、8.0、10.0、12.0和14.0mg/kg。结果表明:饲粮中添加2.0mg/kg铬显著提高了肉仔鸡胸腺重(P<0.10),降低了腹脂率(P<0.10),4.0、6.0mg/kg铬显著提高了全净膛率(P< 0.10),各试验组显著提高了T淋巴细胞转化率(P<0.10);饲粮中添加铬对其余指标则无显著影响(P>0.10)。

Abstract:An experiment was conducted using a total of 336 21-day old Arbor Acress male broiler chickens to investigate the effect of dietary Cr on growth performance, immune functions and carcass quality. Chickens were randomly allocated to eight treatments, and fed a basal corn-soybean meal diet and the basal diets supplemented with 2.0, 4.0, 6.0, 8.0, 10.0, 12.0 or 14.0 mg/kg Cr as CrCl3·6H2O. The results showed that the parameters of thymus weight (P < 0.10) were increased and the abdomen fat percentage (P < 0.10) was decreased at the Cr level of 2.0 mg/kg; The eviscerated percentage(P < 0.10) were improved at the Cr level of 4.0 and 6.0 mg/kg; Tlymphocyte blastogenic response(P < 0.10) were increased at all Cr level; and there had no effect (P > 0.10) on other indices.
