| 摘 要： | 以油菜为受体,采用室内培养皿法和生化分析法,初步研究了草原有毒植物黄花棘豆水提液对受体油菜的化感作用.结果表明:黄花棘豆水提液对油菜种子的萌发和幼苗生长具有化感作用,具体表现为低浓度促进,高浓度抑制.高浓度的黄花棘豆水提液可导致油菜幼苗根部结构发生变化,抑制油菜根尖的有丝分裂,推迟分裂时间；同时还发现黄花棘豆水提液可降... |

| Abstract: | The allelopathy mechanism of the poisonous plant Oxytropis ochrocephala on Brassica campestris was studied by indoor petri dish bioassay method and biochemical analysis.The results showed that the low concentration of the extraction solution of Oxytropis ochrocephala by water promoted the seed germination and the growth of Brassica campestris,while the high concentration of the extraction solution of Oxytropis ochrocephala by water inhibited the seed germination and the growth of Brassica campestris;and the... |
