| 摘 要： | 利用生物显微技术观察了花背蟾蜍(Bufo raddei stranch)消化道胚后发育(26～39期)的变化.结果表明,花背蟾蜍消化道结构逐渐发育完善,第26期,消化道各段具有黏膜层和肌肉层,已有黏膜下层的分化.从30期开始,胃和小肠黏膜下层出现空泡,37期以后空泡减少.在食道和直肠的黏膜下层也观察到空泡现象.另外,在...

| Abstract: | The changes of the digestive tract of Bufo raddei stranch in post-embryo development(stages 26-39) were studied.Results showed that the digestive tract structure of Bufo raddei stranch developed completely.There were mucosa and muscle in each section of digestive tract,as well as submucosa differentiation at stage 26.The cavitations appeared in the submucosa of stomach and small intestine from the beginning at stage 30,but the number of which decreased after stage 37.The cavitations were observed in the sub... |
