摘    要:
利用抗黄瓜花叶病毒病(CMV)的黄瓜材料F-3和感CMV的黄瓜材料HZL04-1为亲本,构建包含190个F2后代的遗传作图群体。结果表明:采用SSR、EST-SSR和SCAR 3种分子标记技术对该群体进行遗传连锁分析,获得1个包含170个SSR标记,6个EST-SSR标记,3个SCAR标记的黄瓜遗传连锁图谱,该图谱涉及7个连锁群,总长度为862.886 cM,平均图距为4.79 cM。该图谱的构建为黄瓜抗CMV的QTL定位奠定了基础,并确定了连锁群与染色体之间的对应关系。

Abstract:
With a CMV-resistant line(F-3) and a CMV-susceptible line(HZL04-1) as parents,an F2 genetic mapping population containing 190 F2 progenies was constructed.The results showed that 1 cucumber genetic linkage map containing 7 linkage groups was constructed using 170 SSR,6 EST-SSR,and 3 SCAR markers,and the map covered 862.886 cM with an average marker interval of 4.79 cM.It was the basis of QTL locating of CMV resistant gene.The correspondence between the linkage groups and chromosomes was determined by compar...
