施用枯草芽孢杆菌的土壤养分含量与三大微生物间灰色关联分析

摘    要:为探讨烟稻轮作土壤主要养分含量与三大微生物(真菌、细菌、放线菌)种群数量间的灰色关联关系,以烟草品种K326(烤烟)为材料,开展了枯草芽孢杆菌微生物菌剂3个不同的施用量研究。结果表明:随着枯草芽孢杆菌菌剂施用量的增加,土壤有机质含量呈现下降趋势;碱解氮和速效磷钾含量则呈现由低到高再到低的变化规律,烤烟移栽后45d达到最大值;土壤三大微生物种群数量均呈现出由低到高再到低的规律性变化,烤烟移栽后60d达到最大值,且数量上表现出“细菌>放线菌>真菌”;通过对土壤有机质、碱解氮、速效磷钾含量与三大微生物种群数量间的灰色关联分析,土壤主要养分含量对真菌、细菌和放线菌种群数量影响最大时期分别在烤烟移栽后90、30和45d;随着枯草芽孢杆菌菌剂施用量的增加,碱解氮和速效磷钾含量随之增加,有机质含量则随之降低。本研究结果表明,基施枯草芽孢杆菌微生物菌剂,对土壤主要养分含量和三大微生物种群数量有着良好的影响,这为枯草芽孢杆菌在植烟土壤改良上的应用及烤烟生产中养分资源管理提供了参考。

Abstract:To explore the grey correlation between main nutrients & three microorganisms (fungi, bacteria & actinomycetes) in tobacco-rice rotation, three different applied rate of Bacillus subtilis microbial agents were studied using K326 as testing material. The results showed that: as B. subtilis application rate increased, soil organic matter content presented a downward trend. The alkali nitrogen, available phosphorus & potassium followed trends of low to high and then to low, and reached the maximum values 45 days after transplanting. The numbers of the three soil microorganisms showed trends from low to high and then to low and reached the maximum 60 days after transplanting. The number of bacteria>actinomycetes>fungi. By analyzing the grey correlation between soil nutrients (organic matter, alkali nitrogen, available phosphorus & available potassium) and the three soil microorganism numbers, the maximum effects of soil nutrients (organic matter, available nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium) content on the numbers of the soil fungi, bacteria & actinomycetes occurred in 90 days, 30 days, and 45 days, after transplanting, respectively. With the increase of B. subtilis application, the contents of alkali nitrogen and available phosphorus and potassium increased and the organic matter decreased. Our results suggest that B. subtilis microbial agent application has great effects on soil nutrient contents and three kinds of microorganism numbers. This provides a reference for the application of B. subtilis in tobacco soil improvement and nutrients resource management in the flue-cured tobacco production.
