国内外重组木研究近况及发展前景

摘    要:
综述了国外重组木研究的起源、发展,分析了重组木研究中遇到的困难及解决问题的思路,论述了最新的研究动向。同时,总结了国内的研究情况,简述了我国重组木的发展前景和市场预测。在分析国内森林资源供需矛盾的基础上提出,发展重组木工业是解决我国森林资源不足,利用小径木、间伐材获得优质结构用材的重要途径。

Abstract:
The research on Scrimber is summed up. The research was origined in Australia in 1970's and developed in many countries, including U. S. A, England,Germany,France,Japan,Canada and China.The authors analyzed the problems in the manufacture of scrimber (hot pressing,bending in the horizontal direction and machanical laying up) and the solution, pointed out the most advanced development of scrimber in the world. Meanwhile, scrimber research in China is summed up. The research has been paid great attention to and developed since 1980′s.At present the theory of forming fibre has been studied deeply and the experiment research has been finished,the industry research has began.After confirming the achievemants made in scrimber research,the authors pointed out that China's research is on the way of the most advanced world development.Furthermore,comparing with Particle board,the good qualities of scrimber are pointed out and the market predictation is made.On basis of summarizing the situation of being in short of forest resourse in China,the possible benefits obtained and the prospect tor its future development,the authors proposed that developing scrimber industry is an important way to solve the inadequacy of forest resourse and acquire good structure lumber with small-diameter thinnings and waste slabs as raw material.
