益生芽孢菌制剂对鸡免疫促进作用的研究

本研究利用益生芽孢杆菌微生态饲料添加剂混料饲喂雏鸡,在7日龄和21日龄进行2次新城疫疫苗免疫后,检测相关指标。结果显示,试验组的新城疫血凝抑制效价(HI)明显高于对照组,差异极显著(P<0.01);脾脏指数、胸腺指数均显著高于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05);法氏囊指数高于对照组,差异不显著(P>0.05)。结果表明本制剂对雏鸡具有免疫调节作用。

The Effect of Bac-probiotics in Immune Responses in Chickens

The healfhy chickens were fed on the diets containing micro-ecological additive of Bac-probioltics at age of1day,and were immunized with NDIV at age of7days and21days.At age of3 5days,blood samples were taken randomly from8chickens for determining their b ody weights and HI antibody levels.Then,thymus,spleen and bursa were separat ed from above killed chickens for examining their immune organs indexes.The res ults showed that the HI antibody levels in the experimental group were signific antly higher than those in the control group,(P<0.01).The indexes of th ymus and spleen in the experimental group were significantly higher than those i n the control group,respectly (P<0.01,P<0.05);But the indexes of bursa in the experimental group were insignificantly higher than those in the c ontrol group(P>0.05).The study indicated that this micro-ecological add itive could enhance the immunodeficiency,incentive the development of the immu ne rogans,and modulate the immunization ability in chickens.
