内蒙古兴安盟绿色食品产业发展优势及对策

经过十多年的实践，兴安盟绿色食品作为一项产业已经形成一套比较完善的产业管理标准和质量控制标准，但也存在很多问题，主要表现在：（1）绿色食品生产中农药、化肥超量、超范围使用，科技支撑力度不够。（2）缺乏政策项目扶持，政府扶持力度不够。（5）绿色食品数量少、基地规模小，缺乏龙头企业，产业化优势不明显。（4）管理和服务体系不健全。在上述分析的基肚上，提出兴安盟绿色食品产业发展对策：（1）加强绿色食品产业的科技支撑体系建设。（2）强化绿色食品管理，完善监督体系。（5）加大投入，优化绿色食品产业政策。（4）培育和扶持大企业集团的发展。

Advantages and Countermeasures of Xing'an League Pollution-free Food Industry

After more than ten years of practice, the Xing＇an League green food was considered as an industry.It has already formed a set of quite perfect industrial management standard and the quality controlling standard, but it also had many problems. It was mainly displayed in：I. The questions of green foods production mainly are the utilization question of producing materials; they concentrated expression for the excess of the agricultural chemicals and the chemical fertilizer, and utilization ultra scope. Ⅱ. It lacks of the policy project support, and the government supporting level is insufficient.Ⅲ.The green food quantity is few; the base scale is small; and there＇s no leading company. The industry superiority is not obvious.IV. Systems of management and service are not perfect. Based on the above analysis fotmdation, this article proposed the Xing＇an League pollution-free food industry development countermeasures： Ⅰ. Strengthening the technical supporting system construction of the pollution-free food industry. Ⅱ.Strengthening the pollution-free foods management and consummating the surveillance system. Ⅲ.Enlarging the investment and optimizing green food industrial policy. Ⅳ. Helping and supporting the development of the big enterprise group.
