Exploratory Strategy for the Development of Green Food Industry in Hunan

This paper deals with the concept and characteristics of green food, the necessity of developing the green food in Hunan, and the statue quo of Hunan's green food development. It suggests that the green food industry should be regarded as a green revolutionary project to be developed, and the strategy for developing Hunan's green food industry should be studied and practiced in such six aspects as scientifically making overall plans and working out target tasks, developing key project and setting up famous brands, promoting industrial face construction and standardizing operation regulations, organizing researches on special subjects and spreading advanced techniques, building professional websites and timely broadcasting information, and innovating upon management system and ensuring successful production and marketing.
