农村劳动力转移下的城乡收入差距问题分析

随着我国经济的发展,城乡收入差距呈现出扩大的趋势,而劳动力转移尤其农村劳动力的转移,是影响城乡收入差距变化的重要因素之一.为此,主要从实证方面论述了城乡收入差距、农村劳动力流动和农民纯收入间的关系,得出了转移后的农民工纯收入总量没有显著增加、增加的收入不足以抵消城乡收入差距的结论,并进行了原因分析.由此提出了深化土地制度改革、打破城乡分割的户籍管理体制和提高农民工技术水平的对策,以期为和谐社会的建立提供一些有益的参考.
