摘    要:对基于GIS进行森林资源二类调查多人协作中维护图形数据一致性问题进行研究.在区划工作流程中,提出以边界锁定技术为核心的一系列辅助功能,从方法与技术上保障区划的一致性,提高了工作效率.应用基于拓扑关系的多边形数据模型,提出以小班边界与多边形编码为基础的图形分割方法,实现了小班区划过程数据的逐级分割以及区划结果的逐级合并汇总.在区划中,开发边界锁定技术保证了相邻区域区划结果公共边界的一致性;采用自动编码技术,提高了编码的工作效率.通过合理的组织过程,形成一个高效的小班区划流程,有效地解决了多人协作中小班边界的一致性.分析与实际应用表明:本文的方法在保证数据精度及其完整性的基础上,有效地提高了区划的工作效率,具有很好的应用价值.

Abstract:The consistency of boundary was studied where many people work together in forest resource survey based on GIS. Based on workflow of subcompartment dividing,a series of supplementary functions taken the edge locking as its center were developed to ensure the consistency of division and to improve efficiency of wark.By the application of topological polygon data model,the graphic breaking up method was proposed to realize the parent region auto-dividing into child region and auto-merging the divisions into the whole region step by step based on region and boundary code. During the division,Edge locking and autocoding technique were developed to ensure the consistency of boundary and improve efficiency of coding work. A optimized workflow was presented by applying above technique and give a good solution for multi-person cooperation. The analysis and practical application showed that the method presented will improve the efficiency and possess a good application value.
