| Abstract: | The reform of tax and fee in the countryside is a large systemic task. The task is of even greater importance in Jilin province as its being a big rural area. The content of the tax and fee reform and some important problems in this practice were discussed. Together discussed were some countermeasures suggested by the authors. |
