城市公园免费开放后存在问题和对策研究——以西宁市南山公园为例

公园免费开放是城市建设和社会发展的必然结果,是人与自然、人与环境和谐相处的具体体现。诚然,免费公园作为政府为公众提供的公共产品,是一个城市重要的公共空间和舞台,是人们休闲、娱乐、健身、休憩的重要场所。但是,公园免费后各种管理难题随之而来,新问题、新矛盾不断出现,尚需广大园林工作者积极探索新的管理模式,以进一步提高开放式公园的绿化养护管理水平和管理效率。
