| 摘 要： | ＂民以食为天＂。只有大力发展农业,提高粮食生产技术,加快推进农业科技创新,才能确保我国经济持续快速发展,在世界贸易体系中立足。植物新品种权是农业知识产权的重要内容之一,是知识产权的一种形式,是国家技术创新体系的重要组成部分。充分认识植物新品种保护制度的制度效应,增强植物新品种保护工作意识,努力提高植物新品种保护水平,可促进现代种子产业的发展,有利于农产品的国际贸易,进而促进我省的农业科技创新,加快我省现代农业的发展进程。

| Abstract: | "That foods are the most essential for man",only development agricultural,improving the grain production,speeding up agricultural Sci-Tech innovation,to ensure that sustained and rapid development of economy and kept a foothold in international market.Plant variety right is one of agricultural intellectual property and a form of intellectual property,it has been a very important part of technological innovation system.Understanding the effect,enhanced awareness of job and enhanced level of plant variety protection,which to promote development of the modern seed industry and international agricultural trade,then to speed up technological innovation and the quickened process of modern agricultural development in our province. |
