茄子种子发芽速度性状的遗传分析

摘    要:利用航天茄子‘变色龙’后代自交系05-3-6-14-3为母本、‘湖南小圆茄’为父本得到的F2群体,分析了茄子种子发芽速度的遗传规律。研究结果表明:茄子种子发芽速度为数量性状,符合主基因+多基因混合遗传模型,表现为1对主基因的加性-显性遗传,发芽慢为部分显性,主基因的遗传率为87.76%。

Abstract:A joint analysis of thee generations (P1,P2 and F2)from a cross between an inbred line 05-3-6-14-3 from variety'Bian Se Long'bred through space mutation and 'Hu Nan Xiao Yuan Qie'were performed using the mode of major gene and polygene mixed inheritance of quantitative traits.The result showed that seed germination speed was a quantitative trait and controlled by a major gene and additive-dominant polygenes.Slow germination was expressed as incompletely dominance and the heritability of major gene in F2 was 87.76%.
