| Abstract: | From the perspective of self-organization theory, it was demonstrated that the system with the self-organization conditions such as the openness,nonbalance and non-linearity must be cultivated in new countryside construction.For forming the powerful dynamic system with the sustainable development,the system should be combined with exterior substances that reached certain threshold value. |
