农业科技档案与现代农业

农业科技档案集中反映农业科技的研究水平,引导农业科研的发展方向。文章在分析农业科技档案在我国现代农业中重要作用的基础上,结合目前农业科技档案管理中存在的问题,探讨提高我国农业科技档案的管理水平和利用率的途径,如设立科技档案专门机构,调动档案管理人员的工作积极性;结合农业科研的特点,建立完善的农业科技档案管理制度;全面提高农业档案管理人员的综合素质等,以利于我国农业科技档案的发展更加符合现代农业发展的需要。

Agricultural Science & Technology Archives and Modern Agriculture

Agricuhural science and technology archives reflect level of agricultural scientific researches and guide the orientation of agricultural scientific researches. The important role of agricultural science and technology archives in Chinese modem agriculture was analyzed. How to improve the management level and the utilization of Chinese agricultural science and technology archives was discussed on the base of the problems in the present management of Chinese agricultural science and technology archives analyzed, that is, setting up special department to in charge of the work, raising motivation of relative workers, perfecting management system of agricultural science and technology archives based on characteristics of agri- cultural scientific researches, and lifting comprehensive quality of relative workers. All of these will make the development of Chinese agricultural science and technology archives accord with the requirements of modem agriculture.
