Science and Technology Support Countermeasure for Potato Industry Chain Building in Shanxi

In Shanxi potato industry chain building,the development process,government support,and geographic environments,new variety breeding and extension,planting and production,sale and processing are analyzed.The following science and technology support countermeasures are proposed: A system of virus-free seed production should be perfected to improve the potato quality and seed industry,develop the green and organic technology,product base building,and storage technology researching,improve the process technology and build the all-sided processing tech-information system and science and technology creating strategy researching.All the above countermeasures are trying to improving the potato industry chain in Shanxi.
