| Abstract: | Development of saving and recycling agriculture is not only a new idea and strategy,but also a new growth pattern of agricultural development.Taking Henan province as an example,this paper puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions of agricultural development,based on analysis of the agriculture effect on economy and the development inevitability of saving and recycling agriculture.The industrial structure needs be adjusted to build the growth mode of saving and recycling;the government functions are transformed to build a green GDP accounting system and comprehensive evaluation index system for circular economy;facilities are improved to enhance scientific and technological innovation,to continually enhance the economic and ecological agriculture. |
